We are looking for a Semantic Analysis Assistant to support in developing, maintaining and improving the quality of our product, which is based on a Natural Language Processing system.
This includes investigating new technologies, testing, quality assurance, and reporting of issues found mostly related to sentiment, as well as identifying necessary improvements in our owned semantic mapping of concepts.Reporting to the Director of Product you will be in charge of:Develop and maintain the semantic platform.Write semantic rules.Develop our internal dictionary to continually improve coverage.Support in the initial testing training of languages within the machine learning NLP system.Support in rolling out new languages.Close relationship with the product team to identify new ways to use the semantic data.Identify issues improvements: wrong translations, duplicate concepts, suggest improvements to the organization of concepts, suggest new concepts to track.Identifying issues improvements with the sentiment analysis (wrong sentiment, wrong concept classification), including testing and QA on almost a daily basis.Review bugs reported by clients and evaluate what we need to improve.Report errors and propose solutions.Manage the support tickets in Jira.Manage the relationship with the Engineering team to maintain.Qualifications:Fluent English plus knowledge of at least one other language.Studies in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.Enjoys working with new languages even if not very familiar with them.Interest in technology.Desirable: some knowledge of/experience in NLP, AI or related Machine learning field.Desirable: Knowledge in Python, R or other data language models.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and proactively.Experience in a job that involved data management, organization or analysis will be considered highly favorable.Additional Information:Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.Flexible work schedule.Free coffee, fresh fruit at the office.Brand new office located in the center of Barcelona.International team and fantastic work environment.Team building activities and charity donation programs.Wellness sessions.All necessary equipment such as laptop, additional monitor and other accessories.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/129592449/fco-868-semantic-assistant-barcelona/?utm_source=html #J-18808-Ljbffr
