What you will do:The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Collaborating and effectively communicating with product and business stakeholders to define impactful research topics aligned with strategic goals.Leading quantitative research initiatives to answer complex behavioral questions, using advanced methodologies to analyze user attitudes and behaviors.Championing research operations best practices to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and improve stakeholder alignment.Implementing AI-driven automation and machine learning techniques to optimize data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.Designing and executing end-to-end research projects using various methods, including large-scale surveys, statistical analysis, field studies, and usability testing.Synthesizing insights from multiple data sources (qualitative, quantitative, customer support, social media, etc.)
into actionable recommendations that drive product development.Mentoring and supporting product designers and junior researchers in defining research questions, selecting methodologies, and interpreting findings.Continuously optimizing our research toolkit, identifying new tools, methods, and technologies to improve research quality and speed.Advocating for the user voice and fostering UX research understanding across all levels of the organization.Adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing research activities as we grow and scale.You'll be a great fit if you:Have a deep understanding of research methodologies and are well-versed in behavioral and consumer psychology principles.Have experience working in user research labs or using experimental design, eye tracking, biometrics, etc.
