We are feeding the world's curiosity!Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWhat You Will Do- Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Human Resources Officer (based in Barcelona) and the Barcelona Office Manager.- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.- Complete expense reports.- Act as a liaison between the CHRO and other executives, EAs, departments, and other stakeholders such as the Board or external parties.- Work on assignments that are sensitive in nature and require complete confidentiality.- Partner with other EAs and Workplace team to ensure day to day office management initiatives are met.- Handle special projects and events as they come up, such as corporate or team events, holiday events, or new employee first-day welcomes.- Workplace responsibilities are required from time to time, such as supporting with meetings taking place onsite, occasional lunch catering and happy hours, or ensuring the kitchen is restocked.- Being the go-to planning and execution person for Cint groups when traveling to our beautiful new office in the Poblenou area.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For- Previous executive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Similar or combined experience/education will be considered.- Experience in tech or corporate field as an EA preferred, the same with public companies.- In the possession of professionalism and superior interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both English and Swedish with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership and teams.- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with a commitment to quality and excellence.- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings internally and externally across multiple time zones.- High integrity and discretion on confidential and sensitive issues.- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, specifically Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.- A love of technology and using non-paper processes to get things done.- Keen eye for detail, with a passion for executing projects in precise budgets & standards
