European Marketing & Business Development ManagerWe want to further grow the healthcare business in Europe by strengthening the existing healthcare businesses and by starting up the healthcare business in regions where we are not that present. The European Marketing & Business Development Manager will lead the development of commercial & marketing activities for Healthcare in Europe, so as to achieve profitable growth and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.With a direct report to the Director Marketing Europe, the Manager will be responsible for the Healthcare Marketing and Business Development activities in Europe having the following responsibilities:Overall marketing plans for healthcareNew product and service introductionPromotion and communicationPricingPartners and OEM relationshipsDeveloping and managing the growth plans for Healthcare in Europe, achieving profitable business goalsIdentifying, investigating, developing and evaluating new business opportunities, including M&A; and startup of the business in new regionsManages overall European priorities for Regulatory affairs, and collaborates with the Regulatory affairs DirectorPromote inter-country collaboration and best use of expertsWith the support of the external communication department, managing the communications activities in the Healthcare area, including social media; identifying and organizing trade fairs and congressesProviding training tool for the sales and marketing teamsEstablishing relationships with potential customers in the region, in line with the company strategy and marketing plansProviding the necessary leadership to the projects in the area of safety, quality and environmentJob RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Master in engineering, Bio Engineering, Pharma, having a medical background with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent by experienceMarketing and sales experience is a benefitFluent English, each additional language on top of English and the native language is a benefitWillingness to travelCompetencies:Negotiation skillsVerbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information, identify patterns, make sound decisions and develop creative solutionsAbility to work independently and be flexibleIf you feel this vacancy might be a good match for you, please inform your manager before applying.
