CRM Project Specialist (6 months contract) - PageGroup SSCLocation: PageGroup SSC BarcelonaResponsibilities: Stakeholders' management: work closely with CRM Executives & Marketing teams to oversee, develop, and implement campaigns using our CRM tools in different countries.
Segmentation strategy: establish & create target audiences and campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools.
Multi-channel coordination: oversee the coordination of marketing material production, including copy and image assets, for our campaigns.
Analysis of Campaign KPIs: perform post-campaign reporting and present to different stakeholders.
Implementation in EU Region for products coming from Global Product department, such as email marketing tools for business and tools migration.
Lead generation forms, Job Alerts.
Research & Development for new technical solutions for CRM EU department, including new automation, dynamic assets, new email templates, and new fields implementation in the database.
Database investigation to spot new segmentation and new ways to impact our database to increase retention and conversion.
Project management in EU Region for lifecycle new implementations or fixes/improvements of existing ones on the content side, managing timing and stakeholders such as Local Marketing, CRM EU, and Global departments.
Technical assistance on external resources, mainly email (touching HTML), lead generation forms implementation, automation (SQL queries), and journeys.
Daily meetings with external resources to keep tasks on track.
Be the point of contact for EU Local Marketing and EU Team regarding any technical inquiries, issues, or releases.
Recurring meetings with CRM Global Product, Global Lifecycle, and EU Local Marketing.
Occasional meetings with Global analysts, Web department, other CRM Regions, Content Department, and PEX-PO department.
