What will you do? Assist in creating a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment, coordinate, and direct completion. Assess the risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified. Proactively propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, cost, improve accuracy or enhance controls. Identify opportunities for loss elimination across inbound processes. Ensure that progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon. Effectively communicate results and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required.
