They are currently looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This position is a permanent role and offering a hybrid scheme working 2 or 3 days in the office.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets as well as upselling across the Dutch market.Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.Maintaining client/customer satisfactionWorking closely and cooperatively with other departments of the companyTranslating website content, from English to Dutch.About you: The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch as you will be dealing with a variety of customers.
