If you don't believe us, check out our Glassdoor.Job Description:What does the role of a Director of Product Analytics do at DocPlanner?- Collaborate with CPO, product managers, and management to define and track relevant business goals.- Lead the product analytics team which sits within our product teams.- Work with our cross-functional product teams providing analysis to help shape the strategy and development of our products (healthcare marketplace, SaaS for doctors, app for patients, etc.).- Support the product analytics team to conduct analyses on customer behavior and product usage which drive growth and product improvements.- Take part and help product analysts in the process of defining and preparing the KPIs of our products and features.- Help scale the team to best support and drive the evolution of our product.- Work closely with other analysts and data engineers leveraging our data ecosystem and capabilities to solve complex problems and simplify our tools.- Help foster a data-driven mindset across the Product organization, ensuring that data is at the heart of every decision we make.Qualifications:What skills and experiences do we want you to have?- Experience in people management; you have already managed a team of > 10 product analysts embedded in the product teams to thrive.
