.The Director, Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) is the key point of contact for the Corporate Business Leadership Team to help them build their organization and people's capabilities & careers. They also support and implement Radisson Hotel Groups (RHG's) HR/People strategy and activities within their organization. The role is strategic, supportive, hands-on, methodical and is very attentive towards the business. The HRBP will be very focused on partnering with senior executives offering support to drive business results through talented people and will offer advice in accordance with company corporate policies and procedures, according to local requirements and regulations. The HRBP works closely with the different experts in the talent team and the operational HR team to drive the people strategy at the Corporate Support Office (CSO). The business leaders are operating in both Brussels and Madrid Corporate Support Offices and hence regular travel is required.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Senior leaders in the Corporate Support Office to align the departmental business strategy with RHG's people strategy.Ensure all communications are cascaded and understood and all HR processes and activities are undertaken and delivered across all Corporate Support Office functions.Ensure succession and career paths with senior leaders are set up and managed for all Corporate Support Office functions.Drive the Talent & Performance agenda within the Corporate Support Office.Ensure Corporate Support Office employees have career plans and that managers have powerful growth conversations with their teams.Ensures a best-in-class employee experience across the employee life-cycle (recruitment, onboarding, etc.).Build a Corporate Support Office people strategy to act on and address business and other imperatives (e.G., high turnover, low engagement, etc.).Controls the people costs of the Corporate Support Office departments building mid and long-term plans and following up on their delivery.Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.As required, lead and participate in global projects.Skills & Qualifications Required:Strong experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role and a proven track record in supporting executive level leaders.Experience working within a complex matrix organisation.Ability to acquire a strong understanding of the organization, the company strategy and the people challenges faced by the organization.Ability to develop meaningful relationships with key people in the business.Ability to use data to inform and drive decision making and change.Strong communication, listening skills with high attention to detail and ability to challenge and influence beyond authority
