We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join the Global Digital marketing team.
The candidate will be responsible for creating the social media assets for Revlon Profesional, developing engaging posts, stories, and videos to enhance the brand's presence on Instagram and Tik Tok.
The candidate should have a background in design and social media, as s/he will need to be on top of social media trends, design captivating visuals, and collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
Responsibilities Content Development & Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, including tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes footage. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in grooming, social media, and digital content to keep the formats and pieces of content relevant and innovative. Proactivity & Time Management: Ability to work independently and effectively in terms of time management as there will be multiple tasks and deadlines to be followed. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and strengthen brand identity. Community Management: Engage with the audience and manage community interactions. As a plus: Being willing to appear on the social media profile as one of the faces of the brand. Required Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry. Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. A solid understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
