We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Digital Marketing Management in tasks of acquisition and loyalty of B2B distributors, shops, and wholesalers in the European market, as well as support in B2C communication.
Responsibilities and FunctionsUnderstand the strategy and tactics developed in the B2B and B2C Customer Journey.Define the response framework in the different touchpoints of acquisition, pre-sales, and post-sales for B2B and B2C customers.
Responding in writing to the customer in English, Spanish, Italian, or French, and following up.Creation of SEO content in English, Spanish, Italian, and French, and control of KPI and uploading of content on the different landing pages.Knowledge and SkillsHTML language.Content writing in Spanish, English, French, or Italian.Proficiency in Excel.Creation and design of graphic and audiovisual material.Design of banners.SkillsResolute.Strategic and creative thinking.Capacity for improvement and self-learning.AttitudeProactive.Reflective.Learning.ToolsYou will use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or SemRush.
