We are looking for an Operations Manager for a new consumer-facing international startup to help us manage the company operations worldwide and in Spain, covering various topics such as HR, Legal, Financial, and Offices.
If you are ambitious, dedicated, with a huge capacity to learn, very organized, and have at least 2 years of experience working in an international startup under an extremely dynamic and complex environment, we might be looking for you!
You will be working directly with the CEO and management team to build the company, grow the team, and set up operations in different markets and areas, while closely controlling economic and legal aspects.
This is a position of maximum trust, and we need total dedication on your part!
Your tasks will include:Working with external suppliers, like lawyers and accounting firms.Working with partners of the company, following up on contracts and invoicing.Helping with the setting up and administration of subsidiaries or additional offices in other countries.Financial control, working with accountants and directly with banks if needed.Assisting the CEO on all operational aspects.Helping with travel arrangements and hosting of visitors.Minimal requirements:At least 2 years of proven experience in similar positions.Maximum trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.Attention to detail.Located in the Barcelona area.Highly independent.Infinite capability to learn.Language requirements:Great English capabilities are a must.Spanish, of course!Catalan and any additional language will be a plus.Job Types:Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary:1,500.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
COVID-19 considerations:Most of the time, this will be a remote job, but we expect one or two days in person at our offices in Barcelona.
