At Kantox, we are looking for a Demand Generation Manager (German-speaking) to join our amazing Demand Generation Team and hold an important role in the organization. We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented marketing professional ready to tackle one of our most ambitious markets: Germany.
About the TeamThe demand generation team has the mission to create awareness and demand for Kantox's currency management automation software. We do so by putting creative programs in place in order to deliver leads that convert into pipeline and revenue.
Your Mission within KantoxThe Demand Generation Manager will help the company scale by building a high performing lead-gen machine generating qualitative leads, pipeline and revenue in the DACH market.
You will build a local Demand Generation strategy and execute programs (SEO, SEM, retargeting, social, content creation, events, webinars, account-based marketing etc.) - with a mandate to drive quality leads that convert to revenue, and to continually optimise our marketing funnel. You will demonstrate the ability to own programs from ideation to execution.
You will report to the Demand Generation Team Manager and:
Act as a consultant convincing your internal audience of the relevancy of your program.Ensure that your proposal is realistic and aligned with the defined Demand Gen KPIs.With a growth mindset, conceptualise new ideas, formulate strategies and execute new initiatives that drive demand generation.Develop and define the overall marketing approach and specific programs adapted to the dedicated market and/or segment that you have been assigned to and ensure alignment with business objectives.Actively engage with Sales in understanding business priorities, aligning them with marketing efforts, and being accountable for results.In addition to driving new Demand, optimise our existing marketing automation and nurturing processes through email, content and social channels.Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.Measure and benchmark key marketing metrics including (but not limited to) number of new leads, opportunities (units and value), revenue (units and value), ratio of conversion, ROI per campaign.
