SummaryResponsibilitiesCreate and execute an ABM plan to ensure the delivery of high-value content at the right time in an account's discovery and sales journey, capturing and nurturing leads.Know the company's brand and products inside and out.Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders.Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success using A/B testing.Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet sales targets.Lead ad-hoc segmentation / analysis projects with the aim of increasing the e2f brand visibility and driving the direction and strategy of the business.Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed.Plan, create, execute and report on campaigns by collaborating with both internal and external resources.Make recommendations on theme selections, analyzing the campaign results and providing guidelines moving forward.Research and develop effective value propositions for target accounts and verticals.Deliver performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with.Establish success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimization.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.5+ years of experience running B2B demand generation programs.Certification with 6Sense ABM platform and Hubspot CRM a big plus.Excellent written communication, organization, time-management, process and project management skills.Experience in working within and collaborating with a customer focused sales environment with an understanding of sales channels and market segments.Flexible, organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives and hit timelines and maximize impact of projects or campaigns.Experience working with Atlassian tools and Google workspace.Highly motivated and willing to work within a fast-paced environment with an innate sense of urgency.Application Question(s)Do you have experience working with 6Sense, ABM platform and Hubspot CRM?
