RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Deploy DAP content
Gather user behavioral analytics
Design user experiences that drive adoption and efficiency
Own every aspect of DAP user experience
Creates and maintains DAP content and experiences for ComHub tools
DETAILED TASKS
Regular monthly releases, content updates and insights analysis to sustain ongoing DAP implementations
Expand use of DAP across ComHub tools
Look for process automation opportunities
Improve user experience based on case feedback
Provide dashboards and reporting for all DAP levels
Demonstrate ROI to leadership
Report trend data for constant improvement
