We are looking for: International Store Opening Coordinator
WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO? Your main mission at Mango will be to coordinate the entire opening process, ensuring the smooth running of the point of sale to guarantee that all commercial objectives are met. To do this you will develop a high performance team of high potential employees and lead the store teams to ensure successful operations by providing full training.
HOW IS AN INTERNATIONAL STORE OPENING COORDINATOR IN MANGO? The International Store Opening Coordinator is the Mango representative who is sent to the stores in order to train, supervise and support the new opening stores. His/her main objective consists in coordinating all the set up and training the team in all the different roles. On top of that, he/she makes sure that the store understands the various aspects of global organization such as team management, product management, image and maintenance, visual merchandising and customer service.
IN YOUR DAILY BASIS... You will coordinate the set up of the store from the goods delivery and stockroom organization until the product merchandising in the shop floor according to the standards of Mango. You will train the team in all the store roles (management, visual merchandising, sales assistant, cashier and stockroom assistant). You will be the person responsible to transmit the knowledge of the store management. You will work together with the supervisors and coordinators of the area to support in all the different needs of the store. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: To have 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail. To have a high level of English and French. Any other language will be an advantage. To be a flexible person and with availability to travel 90% of your time around the world. To be based or to be willing to move to Barcelona. To be a very positive person, with energy and open to new cultures. To be organized, with great communication skills and motivation for new challenges. To be passionate about fashion and working in a team. WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL: Flexible schedule (from 8:00/9:30 a.m. until 5:00/6:30 p.m.), intensive shift on Fridays (from 8:00/9:00 a.m. until 2:00/3:00 p.m.) and most of the bank holidays.
