General Description: The SOCS Specialist is responsible for rolling forecast coordination between customers and internal operations, delivery, account checking, invoice management, and more.Key Accountabilities:Sales forecast and sales order management.Monthly delivery plan coordination, timely communication with the sales and logistics solutions.Monthly analysis of schedule achievement and sales forecast accuracy.Customers' warehouse receiving.Capacity investigation, customer visits, and customer satisfaction improvement.Continuous improvement and optimization of daily work.Account checking and invoice management.Other duties as relevant to the position.Qualifications & Requirements:College graduate.Three to five years working experience in customer service, purchasing, logistics, or operations related fields.Strong statistics and analytical skills; data-sensitive.Ability to effectively work cross-functionally and possess good communication skills.Key Competencies:Good oral and written English skills.Working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.Customer focus and service-oriented.Strong sense of responsibility.Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
