What you will do in this role Take incoming user requestsSolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSolve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music.Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progressYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
