We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a bilingual level of French to join our multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities.

What to expect:
Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call new doctors to invite them to participate in our research and widen our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum rate of return.
Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in the standard procedure.
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements
French bilingual speaker is required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as keeping to tight deadlines.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and in some cases translations of text passages.
