What you will do in this role Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complaint regarding our Client.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Escalate potential service issues.Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Your qualifications Are bilingual or proficient in French plus advanced English.Are goal and customer service oriented.Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment.Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.What's in it for you Full-time 39 hours/week temporary contract: rotative Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, Saturday 9:00 to 18:00.Salary 18,500 euros gross/year + up to 1,400 euros gross/year in bonus.Remote from Spain, or central location in Barcelona with opportunity to work from home some days.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses.Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer We're proudly united as one team, one company, globally.
