What you'll do: Engage customers to maximize sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service. Resolve customer queries and issues with efficiency and professionalism. Uphold high-quality standards and contribute to a positive customer service environment. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience. You should apply if you bring: Dutch or Flemish as mother tongue level Fluent English Previous experience in customer service and/or sales Familiar with Office We will offer you: Full time permanent contract starting on the 1st of October Monday to Friday shifts 9h to 18h. Work from home 3 days a week optional Annual gross Salary: €29524,13 plus monthly bonus scheme.
