Description:
Daily duties of the team:
Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.Support the team in other markets as needed.Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).Support at customer events in the market.Support in market development and system adaptation.
