Customer Care Representative - Italian SpeakerRia Money Transfer is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Italian Speaker Customer Care Representative to join our team in Madrid, Spain.As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues.Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide practical solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist customers and maintain accurate records.Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.Make appropriate product or service recommendations based on customer needs.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Italian; additional languages are a huge plus.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic team environment, apply for this exciting opportunity and let's talk!#J-18808-Ljbffr
