About the Role: We are looking for a Consumer Communications Analyst to join the Central Operations team that supports the Spanish Uber Eats business. Our Operations teams work where Uber's technology meets the real world. The Operations team's mission is to make the Uber Eats platform the preferred food delivery platform for consumers, restaurants, and couriers. You will focus on the consumer side of the marketplace, driving user growth and engagement through analytics and creativity. You will join a passionate team that sees the success of the business as their own, where you will have the chance to create a direct impact! Your focus will be on acquiring users through external channels; managing local consumer messaging through in-app and out-of-app channels. You will also collaborate with internal/external partners, including Regional/Global teams, Marketing, PR, Finance, Account Managers, and agencies, and will have direct exposure to the General Manager.
What You'll Do:
- **Restaurant national promo campaigns**: plan and coordinate through developing creative assets, block templates, and copy-writing of bi-weekly national campaigns.
What You'll Need:
- **Bachelor Degree** in communication, business, or other relevant fields;
- **Fluent in Spanish and English** - excellent written and verbal communication;
- At least **1 year of experience** in similar roles;
- **Attention to detail**: you know the details that matter and can work reliably on user-facing communications;
- **Problem solving**: sitting at the intersection of the digital and physical world means solving complex problems every day and using data to drive action;
- **Business acumen**: understanding and being fully aware of how our business operates and how it makes money and sustains profitable growth, now and in the future;
- **Go-get-it attitude**: the food delivery space is experiencing fierce competition and you are willing to go above and beyond to grab the opportunity ahead of you.
