Airbus Crisa (TSAI) is the organization within Airbus DS - Space Systems in charge of design, development, and production of Avionics Equipment for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customers and for external customers.
TSAM5 is the department in charge of Sales and Contract Management at Airbus Crisa.
Integrated into the commercial and contracts team, the job holder will mainly perform bid management and commercial activities:
Prepare and issue responses to national and international invitations to bid, including the preparation of RFIs/RFPs and solicitation, assessment, and negotiation of subcontractors' proposals.Manage the Bid team and set up the Bid team organization during the proposal phase (schedule, resource planning, meetings, intermediate pink and red team reviews, RMC, share working area, communication) in accordance with the acquisition process.Run clarification/discussions about technical and programmatic matters during the negotiation phase in continuous communication with the Campaign Manager.Ensure key information transmission to the bid team (ensure the proposal process is understood by all bid team members, make sure that all documents are properly distributed, and transmit evolution of requirements and customer intelligence information obtained from the Campaign Manager).Be ultimately responsible for the complete preparation of winning proposals and their contents, as well as presentation to approval authorities. Responsible for defining the overall structure of the proposal and the associated volume responsible.Gather all cost estimations from different functions, challenge them, compute all costs, and prepare price templates (PSS, PAS for RMC…).Ensure that customer procurement processes and Sales processes (KYC, Acquire business…) are respected.Act as focal point and customer/subcontractor interface in all contractual matters during proposal and project phases.Coordinate with Technical Teams, Finance experts, Legal, Export, Offset to obtain the right expertise at the right time in the commercial bid and Cover Letter.Support the Campaign Manager in pricing negotiations or lead pricing negotiations if the Campaign Manager is not assigned.Support the Contracts Manager in contract negotiations.Maintain a satisfactory understanding of relevant legislation and best practices associated with contracting activities and contribute to the overall Airbus objectives on improvement of efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to the overall financial objectives by proposing/negotiating satisfactory payment plans and supporting invoicing and cash targets.Education: Post-graduate Master degree in business administration or Engineering is required.
Language: English and Spanish must be at negotiation level. French (negotiation level) would be appreciated.
Work experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in bid management in an international environment with detailed understanding of commercial/financial implications and contractual negotiations.

Recent important missions and projects include MEDA (Mars Environmental Dynamics Analyzer) developed for NASA's Perseverance rover, the electric propulsion electronics units for the BepiColombo mission, our units for the Airbus Oneweb constellation, and for the Group's Astrobus, Eurostar, and Onesat platforms. Finally, we would like to mention our participation in the NASA-led Artemis programme with units on board the Orion spacecraft and in the Gateway HALO module.
