We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Analyst for our Global Commercial team in the Noatum Logistics Division based in Madrid.
As a department reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Global Commercial Office is dedicated to lead and support strategic projects and initiatives for sales, product and solutions teams, agent network, pricing and our valued customers.
Our mission is to drive global commercial excellence, foster collaboration, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Understand and follow policies and procedures of Noatum Logistics to support Noatum Sales and Procurement teams.
Ensure reports in use are updated and correct.
Understand CRM and its processes.
Ensure new policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Run and monitor audit procedures related to our commercial processes.
Participate in sales and procurement meetings supporting business development team with statistics and other related information.
Process Excellence Optimise processes by standardization and automatization.
Identify and solve problems, both internal and external, to get the job done effectively.
People Able to work with different teams of Noatum from different countries.
Flexibility to understand different sides of Logistics business, when talking to sales, procurement, or operations.

Requisitos mínimos Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or any related field.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical mindset, Excel is a must and Power BI would be a plus.
Experience in operations/sales or similar role in forwarding industry would be appreciated.
Process design and conceptual skills are demanded.
Implementation and leadership skills.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, and objective-oriented person.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to create a positive work environment.
