Position Overview As a Senior Client Strategy Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting, managing, and optimizing data-driven client strategies that support both client and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Client Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive strategies tailored to clients' goals, ensuring that each approach drives measurable outcomes, such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and open communication. Anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (SEO, content, PPC, design, development) to ensure seamless strategy execution and alignment with business goals. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Adjust strategies based on performance data, market trends, and client feedback to maximize results. Business Growth and Innovation: Identify and propose new services, strategies, or channels within client accounts to foster growth and enhance client success. Presenting Strategic Reports: Regularly prepare and present performance reports, strategic roadmaps, and proposals, linking results to key business objectives and providing actionable insights.
