Your responsibilities and impact working as Client Service for Online Payments: Handling first line inbound administrative support requests by phone & email (B2B)Assist new customers with their account activation, transaction status queries and financial requestsProvide additional product information and ensure continuity of the merchant business by responding quickly and correctlyEmphasis on maintaining a strong customer relationshipSkills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role: Soeaking a native leve of Swedish and a fluent kevel of EnglishCommitted and dedicatedHaving an interest in technology and analyticsPositive attitude toward changesTeam player with strong listening skillsService-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive mannerBeing a strong communicatorNo previous experience neededHaving a valid Spanish work permit or citizenship that allows you to work in an EU countryWhat's in it for you?
