What you will do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients as assigned.Build depth in relationship by initiating contact and developing a relationship with decision makers.Manage the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts.Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues and requests.Work closely with implementations, operations, and service desk teams to ensure that the client is being handled in an optimal fashion.Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation and containment, as well as performance measurement.Ensure the customer receives the utmost value from the Global Shares product.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and growth objectives in assigned accounts.Actively grow existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.Keep up to date with industry information which could provide value to your clients or value internally.Build a network of share plans advisors and experts in your region.What you have: Minimum 5 years of account management experience supporting global companies.Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience in Relationship Management.Fluent in German and English.Strong technical orientation and ability to work with complex technical products.Proactive by nature.
