Your missions:
The Account Manager manages the development, sales and marketing of Tereos's co-products, including fibres, proteins, corn germs, starches, sweeteners, polyols and probiotics for Animal Nutrition. The Sales Area Scope is Southern Europe.
Position Location: Zaragoza (Spain) / Hybrid home office – on site with regular Moussy-le-Vieux (France) meetings.

Manage, maintain, develop & keep on going the business Implement commercial strategy and policy of the company.
Be the interface between our customers & our production units.
Manage the area to ensure sales/co-products production adequation.
Negotiate volumes, prices, terms and conditions with existing and potential customers.
Provide technical support to customers and understand our production specifications.
Proactively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers.
Develop an excellent knowledge of the customer portfolio.
Coordinate with internal functions, quality and supply chain departments for optimal execution.
Sensitivity to sustainability & decarbonization projects in Animal Nutrition for new business opportunities.
Manage the Sales Processes Analyze and optimize sales and margins of products in the defined area/scope.
Create and follow the administrative management of sales contracts.
Be responsible for reporting, sales forecast and trends, customer creation, prospection data, and contract conditions and prices.
Make customer visits and report to stakeholders through CRM tool.
Be proactive with propositions on commercial policy in the area/scope.
Develop customer portfolio Analyze, grow and optimize the sales book per opportunities in the market.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing department to capture growth trends.
Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Market analysis Record and consolidate market data.
Analyze competitive products by characteristics & functionalities to assess competition.
Follow the demand versus supply situation to define the optimal sales plan.
Gather Business & Market Intelligence information to support decision making.
Determine strategy in areas such as market penetration and market development.
Generalities Ensure mission according to rules of safety, hygiene, food safety, quality and environment, and procedures on the sites.
Contribute to obtaining and maintaining various certifications and participate in audits.
Nurture a collaborative team environment by participating in team activities/meetings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through participation and/or championing related initiatives.
Your profile:
Engineer or equivalent.
Technical education in animal nutrition, veterinary science or bioengineering.
Preferably 3-4 years of experience as a nutritionist or in a technical commercial function in agro industry.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
Competent in informatics tools (SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Structured working style and analytical skills.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Ability to work autonomously.
Frequent travel to customer/plant visits/Moussy-le-Vieux Headquarters (25+% of the time).
