We truly welcome professionals with passion and experience to join us on our journey.About the roleThe Digital Workplace Communication & Change Manager will play a central role in driving customer-focused change management activities around Digital Workplace services (such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook etc.). This will involve the orchestration of activities between various teams and stakeholders both inside Digital Workplace and across Swiss Re's various business units, to drive the successful adoption of the Digital Workplace services.Main dutiesEnsure timely, consistent and audience relevant customer communication for anything related to the Digital WorkplacePlan and develop change management activities and deliverables to ensure adoption of Digital Workplace servicesDevelop training material (e.G
