Our Purchases & Logistic Manager will be based in Barcelona . What will be your responsibilities? Manage the Procurement Process: Source and procure cosmetics, packaging, and related materials, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery while upholding quality. Develop and Maintain Supplier Relationships: Build and sustain strong, respectful relationships with Korean suppliers, negotiating contract terms and managing collaboration to ensure brand consistency. Drive Category Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to plan, forecast demand, and align supply with demand, introducing new categories based on Korean beauty trends that appeal to our European market. Coordinate Supplier Campaigns: Lead and oversee joint campaigns with suppliers, coordinating with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and success tracking. Oversee Inventory & Logistics: Plan and coordinate logistics with suppliers to manage inventory levels, including international and domestic shipping, and ensure seamless stock flow. Requirements: Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain within retail, cosmetics, or a related industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, ideally with international suppliers; experience working withKorean partners is a plus. Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including incoterms and import/export documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for data tracking and reporting. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Korean is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
