Role
We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services, plus ad-hoc support covering staff holidays. The role requires flexibility and a strong orientation towards team results. You will play a key role in ensuring we meet our occupancy and revenue goals as well as our customer satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators.Analyze current strategies and develop new strategies with leadership.Support Sales Teams operations to implement organizational sales strategies.Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team absences.Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations.Draft rental agreement contracts.Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Conduct goal setting for teams and individuals, using data to measure performance.About You Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Fluent in English.Minimum 2 years experience leading a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Experience managing customer communications (hospitality experience is a plus).Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the real estate sector is valued.Proficient in Hubspot is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.Ukio's Life Benefits
