Individually we are different, but together we are an amazing team!We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) position in Barcelona.About your role:As a PMO, your role is to support the good planning and execution of all projects connecting the commercial, technical, and management teams.The projects managed in this position are unique as the goal is to develop propulsion systems and subsystems. You will support the planning, follow-up, and ensure the correct progress of all technologies and product developments within the company, through granted or internal projects.Your challenges and responsibilities:Within our Project Management team, your responsibilities will include:Provide operational and methodological support to help the Project Manager in decision-making.Identify and anticipate risks and opportunities linked to the project.Support project team members with documentation tracking and quality review.Hold Preplanning Meetings.Follow up on project execution, compile data, and consolidate reporting.Support the Project Manager in the management of project risks.What you need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field.2-3 years of project management with technical and/or R&D projects.Extensive knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as MS SharePoint.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Capable of working in a highly international environment with high flexibility.Fluent in English (Spanish and/or French is a plus).Travel availability.Not hitting every requirement?
