Business Development & Sales Account Manager AG Solution is one of the most exciting companies in Europe. We are growing in France, Spain, Germany & Ukraine and are now looking at growing our office in the Benelux . AG Solution is therefore looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager .
We have established a strong internal organization where your role will cooperate closely with the internal sales department, techno-sales and the marketing department.
In AG Solution, you work in a big international team, for a wide range of businesses. Our AG Academy ensures that you can further develop yourself. Together with our people, we go for lifetime learning.
Who exactly are we looking for?
You preferably hold a degree in engineering or equivalent in experience
You have a strong sales instinct with proven experience in an engineering company
You're creative, dynamic and ambitious. People know you as the driver of the team, someone who seeks out new opportunities
You're organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables.
Active knowledge of the industry and an understanding of its developments and trends
You will be developing our presence in the Benelux, which means you are autonomous & proactive.
Fluent in Dutch & English is a must. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
Based in the Netherlands .
Main responsibilities
Managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying business opportunities to closing the sale
Utilizing CRM and networking tools (LinkedIn,…) to identify, follow-up leads and set-up meetings
Create & develop your own commercial business in line with our company strategy
Lead scoring
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing in our other locations
Keeping up to date with company products & services
Networking with industry professionals & stakeholders
Conducting initial telephone contact with inbound leads
Qualifying leads into opportunities
Daily maintenance and responsibility for data quality in our CRM
Participation in events
Develop a genuine knowledge of your prospect's business and become a trusted advisor
Represent and demonstrate our company values, vision and mission
