Key job responsibilitiesCreate, manage and own a portfolio of prospective Amazon Internal customers.Design onboarding projects that incorporate up to 16 technical and operational teams and successfully integrate Amazon internal customers into the Translation Services workflow.Create client and project roadmaps, lead and coordinate large teams on specific goals, and update/present to leadership with regular reports.Use data-driven decisions to build your business plan, outline your progress and present to leadership in monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews.Maintain a vast network of key stakeholders within Translation Services and our partner teams. Ensure a high level of collaboration and satisfaction from all teams.Attend/present at summits and seminars when needed.Manage client onboarding end-to-end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors and other departments. Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks.Conduct post-mortem meetings and document project learnings. A day in the lifeMaintain your customer pipeline regarding existing and prospective clients. Update our CMS and our project tracking tools.Prepare presentations and pitch new Amazon teams on the benefits of onboarding to Translation Services.Liaise with Translation Services and Translation Services Operations teams to ensure a steady flow of new clients onboarding to our managed services.Align with your peers/stakeholders on customer prioritization and common strategies.Work on cross-customer improvement programs.Create and review short, medium and long-term plans and programs for your customers and internal stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.At least eight years of experience building and executing business development/Sales strategies. Preferred experience in the Localization/Translation industry (although not mandatory).Professional experience in project management or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results and stakeholder management.Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.Proven ability to analyse data, using the data to drive decision-making and implement effective resolutions.Strong prioritization, time management skills and ability to delegate effectively.Demonstrated an appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.Business analysis skills.Composure under pressure and professional attitude.Proven ability to lead by influence, giving and receiving feedback effectively.Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or the equivalent years of work experience in a related field.Fluent English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFive years experience in sales management in building, maintaining and delivering on KPI's.Experience in reporting tools such as QuickSight.Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in a highly complex environment; ability to execute autonomously and as part of a team.Executive presence and the ability to earn trust with stakeholders with varying priorities and differing business initiatives.Knowledge of other languages apart from English.
