Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesSolicit potential customersMaintain client activities in CRM (HubSpot)Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsContact potential clients via phone and emailDevelop sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffingWork with other sales executives to close dealsAttend multiple conferences throughout the yearFollow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam's staffing servicesCollaborate with the sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are metQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:At least 3 years experience in the Property Management industry or sales experience as a vendorMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not requiredProven track record of hitting sales related KPIs and quotasB2B sales experience is requiredGoal-oriented mindsetDeep understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not requiredExperience using and implementing CRM toolsAnalytical thinking ability to make evidence-based decisionsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHave a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)Annual Salary Range: $32,500 - $37,500 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
