WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing IC department in our Barcelona office. The Brand Manager is the owner of the Brand. Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals. Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the marketplace and monitors performance of the support plans. Participates in various cross-functional teams - Net Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing Insight, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local & global agencies. You also bring perspective on performance against monthly targets and respond to category gaps or activation requirements and establish the forecast plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: BRAND VISION PLAN (BVP) - Takes the BVP and translates it into the BMP.BRAND MARKETING PLAN - Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment:Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives.Responsible for the brand P&L; & help drive profitability of the brand.With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI's and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.Engage with key customers alongside CD.Leads the development of draft and final channel plans.Activates campaign ideas in the national market.Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.Responsible for Brand Communications: Checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising/tactical local copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters.Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P's).Recommends solutions and implements improvements to meet annual targets.Develop plans to build the brand and drive growth to the category.Lead multi-functional innovation project teams.Grow COTC through increased penetration.Manage the media plan & communication Campaigns (ATL & BTL).INNOVATION & RENOVATION - Responsible for launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS).WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: University degree, with an emphasis in business.+3 years relevant, progressive marketing experience.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and creativity.Project management and strong knowledge of financials is also required.Business planning and implementation experience.Passionate, energetic, results-driven individual with proven leadership abilities.Proficient Level of English as a Language.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Sustainable Business.People Commitment.Learning & Development.Career Possibilities.At Unilever, we are firm believers in having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
