Neuraxpharm is searching for a vacancy: CMO Logistic Administrator The role covers the execution of the daily logistics admin tasks including in- and outbound, local and international activities: Correct and up-to-date booking of all movements in SAP systems.
Ensure all delivery administration and documentation is complete.
Confirm that deliveries have been delivered as loaded and resolve discrepancies.
Receive PODs (proof of delivery) and confirm in the system or Excel file where relevant.
Capture information related to loading and delivery confirmation for trading orders.
Ensure that all export regulations/documentation and requirements are met by Neuraxpharm.
Support and organize transport if needed according to incoterms agreed between Lesvi and Neuraxpharm affiliates.
Work closely with CMO supply planners to ensure delivery on time and align the inbound and invoicing activities.
Control and supervise logistic invoicing.
Allocate logistics costs in customer deliveries.
Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in logistics roles, especially in trading business.
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment.
Experience with SAP system.
Strong communication skills.
Advanced English.
