You would be working on behalf of our client, a world-renowned leader in the field of life sciences known for their high quality research products. Their wide product range offers solutions for different types of laboratories.

Main responsibilities: Preparation / maintenance of site access documents to access customer sites.Working on quotes / quote acceptance and customer returns / Tracking numbers & missing documentation.Working with relocation team and schedulers to ensure the Purchase Order is available to cover transportation services etc.Contacting customer and supplying all necessary documents and information.Explaining to the customer how the quote is set up, clarifying questions concerning trial and labor as well as part prices and discounts.Contact the customer and arrange the pick up with the carrier, when parts need to be collected.Do the follow up with the customer after shipping the replacement parts of the defective module. Requirements: Experience in data management, quality and cleaning.Native/advanced level of Dutch.B2 level of English or higher.Experienced user in CRM.Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language.Motivation & personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Candidates must be located in Spain.
