We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with previous work experience.
Hard Skills:
Good knowledge of one of the following languages: Java, Scala, Typscript/Node.js;
Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Api Gateway, AWS EC2, RDS, KDS, SQS, Codebuild);
Experience building RESTful APIs;
Expertise in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and microservice architecture;
Good knowledge of relational databases, including query analysis, partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning;
Expertise with Git and Jenkins/CodeBuild-based deployments;
Experience with performance optimization;
Demonstrated ability to investigate and refactor legacy systems;
Expertise in test-driven development and testability in design;
Works in a Scrum team;
Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2).
Nice-to-have:
B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field;
Experience implementing event-driven or queue-driven services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems, AWS Cloud services, and microservice architecture. He/She will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, maintaining and optimizing our software systems to ensure they are scalable, performant, and maintainable.
