Watches & Jewelry: The most recently established of the Group's activities, the Watches & Jewelry sector brings together leading Houses with complementary positions.Descripción del puestoJob purpose: Act as the ambassador of Hublot in store and out-store, online and offline, working towards the success of the business through sales, events, and CRM activities.Description of tasks:Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by offering impeccable customer service, demonstrating empathy and in-depth product knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for human relationships.Handle after-sales services enquiries to ensure a quick and qualitative treatment of requests to generate client satisfaction.Perform required operational tasks to maintain the boutique environment including outside windows.Be a proactive user of CRM and clientelling practices and techniques.Perform opening and closing duties, inventory management as well as reporting tasks.Perfil:Experience in the retail environment (luxury goods and/or hospitality) and in dealing with clients.Passion for the brand and watches in general.Spanish, English.Very good knowledge of MS Office automation tools.Very good communication skills.Very good sense of service.Flexibility and team spirit.Organization skills.Interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
