Position Summary:
Amazon Business is looking for a Product Marketing Manager based in Madrid to own Amazon's B2B definition and execution of onsite events in the 5 locales of Europe (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES). You will be part of the Amazon Business Europe Engagement team responsible for Go-to-market of onsite events for B2B customers.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for the Amazon Business onsite events GTM in the 5 locales of EUROPE, in line with yearly goals on traffic. This includes go-to-market of Tier-1 events for B2B (e.g., Spring Sales, Prime days, Black Friday, Gifting) and Tier-2 events (Business Savings, Back to work, etc).
Responsible for capitalizing on B2C Teams to launch a cut-off experience for B2B customers for Spring Sales, Prime Day, Black Friday events.
Responsible for helping build Tier-2 B2B specific onsite events, in line with seasonality, vertical or category business specific needs, or that capitalize on B2C traffic to bring existing B2B customers back to site.
Support the traffic drivers, the full onsite events experience and the marketing campaigns to drive existing customers growth and spend.
Coordinate backwards with Retail teams, Central teams, Deals teams and other stakeholders WW for high standard delivery.
Constantly analyze and report results, and share regional learnings in close collaboration with events central team.
Work with Amazon business Operations team to externalize campaigns set up and lean processes and SOPs WW.
Drive merchandising experiments to increase awareness and spend.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
