The assistant will be the first point of contact for professors at IE University and will ensure their smooth integration to the institution. They will act as a key supportive figure and will contribute to the achievement of an excellent teaching experience.
The assistant will give support to the Vice Dean and professors and work with other team members to carry out all the administrative tasks related to the successful performance of the department.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Your role as an Assistant will involve:
Schedule meetings and booking classrooms.
Booking and organizing traveling and accommodation.
Organizing and supporting events, conferences, caterings, meetings, graduations.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Processing reimbursements and expenses reports.
Preparing and distributing documents.
Any other activity required by the department.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Teamwork skills, problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Organization skills, detail-oriented, positive, can-do attitude.
Trustworthy, accountable, punctual.
