Opportunity for a Sr Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to join Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions in Spain during this exciting time for our business.As a key member of the sales team within our industrial safety division, you will be leading business development and current account management for the Combisafe and Fall Protection Systems Product Portfolio in Southern Europe (ES, IT, PT, GR, MT, IL).You will develop and execute a growth strategy for the business, collaborating closely with global and regional support engineering teams.At Honeywell, we want you to be courageous, think big, and be the best you can.TasksProduct Portfolio Scope:Combisafe and Fall Protection Systems Product PortfolioKey Commercial Relationships:Within a defined territory, develop and manage commercial relationships with end-users, channels, and installers.Main Strategic Activities:Have a strong understanding of the local market and develop new business opportunities (cross/up-sell) with end-user customers and/or partners to drive Honeywell organic growth.Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue.Defend current Honeywell positions at end-user customers and/or partners, making Honeywell indispensable.Main Commercial Activities:Develop business with new and existing customers.Deploy Honeywell Commercial Initiatives into the local market, in alignment with critical business objectives.Launch and execute promotional initiatives.Introduce NPIs and develop stocking levels.Follow up on marketing-generated leads.Educate and train end customers.Key Internal Partnerships and Activities:Partner with technical support teams for joint and coordinated customer approach.Coordinate with PPE Fall Protection team for cross/up-selling activities.Generate and deploy best practices with the Central Europe team.Generate and manage a solid SFDC opportunity pipeline covering AOP needs.RequirementsYou must have:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.Some experience in the field.We value:A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices.Excellent team and communication skills.An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.An ability to influence at the operational level.An ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.Significant experience in selling (industrial) products.Deep technical expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
