Responsibilities:The candidates shall use their skills and knowledge to manage the business associated to eachlicense agreement they are responsible for, aligning interests both inside their own organization andfrom all different stakeholders in order to get things done.They will actively participate to the negotiation of any modification of such agreements and will bethe global responsible person for the license relationships related to his products portfolio, actingas the main contact person both internally and externally for the products in the interest of theGroup.They will implement the execution of the strategies related to such portfolio, by connecting all thenecessary dots thanks to their business insights and persuasive ability.
They will own a clear capacityto perform analysis on a huge amount of information and economic data and/or the skill to obtainnew information with the aim to closely cooperate with any other departments of the company.
Requisitos Profile requirements:?
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law?
Perfect command of English is mandatory, and the knowledge of Italian, French, German orany other language is considered as an asset?
A previous working experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role?
Good knowledge of license agreements and project management in the pharmaceutical fieldis requested?
Proactive, flexible as well as excellent analytical and writing skills, naturally gifted withdiplomatic competence.?
Critical listener, you know how to raise awareness among sophisticated structures to achieveyour target; you like working with figures and demonstrate good communication andorganizational expertise.?
International exposure during your previous professional experience and willing to travelwhen needed?
Confidence with the management of challenging situations and able to provide innovativesolutions.
