The process solution area within TecAlliance fosters a low hierarchy organization based on self-guiding teams. A joined strategy aligns the product teams as well as the commercial teams to reach joined goals for our customers. To continuously grow and develop our teams, Agile Masters support the team development, collaboration with other teams, as well as the individual development of the team members.
Your Key Contributions: Guide your teams to enhance collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking, ensuring they stay focused on delivering results. Facilitate agile ceremonies and support your teams in delivering on time and building the right products effectively. Proactively identify and address barriers to maintain productivity and ensure team satisfaction. Facilitate efficient communication and support decision-making processes with stakeholders. Contribute to the leadership team by handling recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Provide one-on-one coaching to help team members develop in their current roles and prepare for future opportunities. Your Profile: You have significant experience leading agile teams in a facilitative role (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach). You're well-versed in agile methodologies, with certification in a recognized framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) being preferred. You have experience in Agile Software Development and/or commercial settings is a plus. You excel in facilitating group processes, communication, and conflict resolution. You speak fluent English; any additional language is a plus. Contract title: your position is part of our job profile "Agile Master".
