Advertising Sales Director Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate.Understand clients' organization and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product.Gain excellent understanding of digital technology, video, and revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context.Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our products and technology.Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients.Convey feedback from clients to Taboola's product team regarding product development needs.Work closely with our Brands & Agency (B&A) team to develop C-level Agencies & CMOs relationships, and scale our premium demand.Manage and coach our growing sales team in Madrid closely with the Marketing team to optimize our market presence and get all useful marketing materials for your team.Represent the company in BtoB events, market events, professional associations, and public speaking opportunities.Requirements:Strong experience in a key sales position, preferably selling solutions to ES clients.Must have experience in directly managing, recruiting, and developing a sales team of at minimum 5 people.Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals - a must. Such experience within the digital media space is a great advantage.Experience mentoring salespeople and paving the way for them to excellent performance.Experience independently building, pursuing, and closing a large pipeline of leads.Technologically savvy - ability to learn what is needed to support deal's successful implementation and optimization.Experienced in building a great sales culture and team camaraderie.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop.Why choose Taboola?Now is a great time to join Taboola!
