We are looking for an Account Manager who will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers. Main responsibilities: Analyze current markets and explore opportunities in new ones. Lead and nurture commercial relationships in assigned markets, managing the customer portfolio through visits, identifying needs, and detecting business opportunities. Propose and implement an annual business plan. Assess and offer tailored solutions to secure sales contracts with new clients by aligning products and projects with their specific needs. Oversee project execution to ensure commitments to customers are fully met, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar. At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. High level of both oral and written English. Valuable other languages (German, Japanese). Proactive, with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making. Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.
