Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degreeExtensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end Source to Pay processes of large-scale organizationsProven record of successfully driving process improvement and digital transformation programs in large procurement organizationsExperience in writing detailed process flows and functional specificationsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasksAbility to present and influence all levels within the organizationResults-oriented with a strong delivery focusAbility to work independently and collaboratively with global teamsGreen Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma CertificationKey Responsibilities: Lead end to end Source to Pay processes: from identifying key business challenges, defining procurement policies, designing the right processes and methodsMaintain and continuously improve Source to Pay processes performance to deliver desired strategic outputs and business objectivesIdentify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and contribute to overall GPO digitalization strategy and roadmapEngage business stakeholders and key partners (such as Innovation, Tech teams) to dive into existing processes and define the future state of Source to Pay value chainLead change management and adoption of new processes across the procurement function and business stakeholdersRegular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change controlAmazon's mission is to be the most customer-centric company on Earth.
